The room lacked luggage storage. When i inquired about a luggage rack, the staff dismissed it, noting it was 'antiquated', a chuckle included. balconies were nice. there was no seating, despite floor plans showing it though the bathroom cleanliness could improve, especially around the glass sink, it needed attention and the siphon was not cleaned

i have stayed many times. the beds are large and firm. this is the most comfortable bed i slept in. i need to buy one. the breakfast choices are excellent. i love the fresh fruit and smoothies. the staff are the most friendly and helpful.

the bar made it difficult for us to have a drink. we paid a large price to stay and didnt benefit from the facilities.

The hotel location proves very advantageous, it is near the beach. The bus stop facilitates travel from the airport. The breakfast selection offered a super choice, including various eggs and fruits.

I found the air conditioning nearly worthless. The room air conditioning barely cooled on a very hot day. I experienced very slow Wi-Fi. I struggled to download files, and telephone calls suffered.

This hotel is still really good. The room had a coffee machine, a good shower, and a fridge. Its proximity to both the beach and the port is convenient. I also got a free late check-out.

The hotel is a good distance from the airport, it took about twenty minutes in a taxi.

The staff are lovely and very keen to ensure guests' comfort, this is their main goal. One staff member was on a mission to locate some shopping I had left at a bar. Housekeeping cleaned our room every morning. It was super clean.

The location was excellent... close to the beach and the city centre. The staff members were so friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It was gorgeous. The airport bus stop near the roundabout made travel easy.

The absence of WiFi on the 12th floor was a problem throughout my stay. The maintenance company's weekend unavailability was inconvenient.
